LYRICAL (levels 1-4)
Lyrical dance combines elements of Ballet and Modern dance to create beautiful and flowing movements. Movements typically are synced with words to interpret the music.
Dress Code: Form fitting top or leotard with stretch black stretch pants or black 4 inch inseam spandex shorts. Turner shoes required. Long hair must be in a ponytail or neat bun.
CONTEMPORARY (levels 5-7)
Contemporary dance combines elements of Jazz, Ballet and Modern dance to create beautiful and flowing movements. Students will have the chance to explore how to create an emotional atmosphere by moving their bodies to different music and tempos.
Dress Code: Form fitting top or leotard with black stretch pants or 4 inch inseam black shorts with pink or tan tights. Turner shoes required. Long hair must be in a ponytail or neat bun.
